Arjun Kapoor’s fitness journey has been inspiring for many and the actor further takes a step further in that direction, as he discovers Iyengar Yoga. Arjun also expressed that he has taken up Yoga to fix his lower back injuries.

“I’ve just started a new journey, discovering Iyengar yoga. It started with wanting to sort my posture, open up my hip joint and fix my lower back injury issues. Thanks to Sarvesh Shashi, Malaika Arora and my instructor Subham Sri, I’ve have been able start the process to realign the mind & body. Forever grateful!”
Malaika is a fitness enthusiast and a Yogi as she calls herself, so it’s no surprise that she has inspired Arjun to discover Iyengar Yoga. A while ago, Arjun had also shared a video from their holiday where the couple was seen working out in a pool and he called Malaika, ‘a tough taskmaster’.

These two are couple goals indeed! On the work front, Arjun has begun shooting for Kuttey again, while he also has The Lady Killer with Bhumi Pednekar and the sequel to Ek Villain lined up.
